The platform offers modules aligned with job roles and trade-specific curricula. This manual will guide you through the platform’s features, from getting started to
completing the certification process.
- Step 1: Visit the LearnCertify Hub website (www.learncertifyhub.com).
- Step 2: Click on the ‘Sign Up’ button if you're a new user. Fill in your personal details such as name and mobile number.
- Step 3: You will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) on your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP to log in.
- Step 4: If you are an existing user, click on ‘Log In,’ and use your mobile number to receive an OTP for authentication.
Once logged in, you will be directed to your personal dashboard. Here’s a brief overview of what you’ll find:
- Modules Section: View and select available training modules.
- Progress Overview: Track your completed modules and certifications.
- Settings: Manage your profile and account settings.
LearnCertify Hub offers training modules that are aligned with specific job roles or trades. Each module consists of 40 objective-type questions. The key features of the modules include:
- Immediate feedback on correct and incorrect answers.
- Continuous improvement through multiple attempts.
- Step 1: Select a module from the dashboard.
- Step 2: You will be presented with 20 questions from a pool of 40 questions.
- Step 3: Select the answer that you think is correct.
- If the answer is correct, it will be highlighted in green, confirming your response.
- If the answer is incorrect, it will be highlighted in red, and the correct answer will be displayed in green.
- Step 4: Complete all 20 questions in the module.
- Unlimited Attempts: After completing a module, you can retake it with a mix of new and old questions until you achieve full marks.
- Mastery Approach: Each time you retake the module, you’ll likely recall answers from previous attempts, helping you improve your score over time.
Once you complete all modules within a course and score 20 out of 20 in each module:
- Step 1: You can access the certification module.
- Step 2: The certification module contains 20 questions drawn from the question pool of all previous modules (e.g., 160 total questions if there are 4 modules).
- Step 1: After successfully completing the certification module, you will request certification.
- Step 2: A member of the quality and certification team will contact you via phone and ask 10 random questions from the entire question pool.
- Step 3: If you answer correctly, you will receive your certificate.
- Step 4: If you fail to answer correctly, you’ll need to revisit the modules, practice more, and retry for certification.
